Colombia does not have a single operating condition. The altitude of the Andean region reduces the usable power of diesel engines, the heat and salinity of the Caribbean demand extra protection on panels and enclosures, and the Eastern Plains impose distances, roads and fuel logistics that must be resolved before the first unit is turned on. Sizing equipment without considering those variables is the most common cause of systems that fail to deliver the promised performance.

POWERTEC coordinates sales, rental, installation, maintenance and operation from Bogotá in each of these zones, with accumulated experience in oilfields in Antioquia and the Middle Magdalena, industry in Valle del Cauca, logistics and agribusiness in the Caribbean, and remote facilities in the Eastern Plains. For each project we define the service route, the maintenance plan and the backup scheme based on the criticality of the load.
